The I AM Charity is a free online resource focused on two things, firstly, better mental health, and secondly, sustainable weight loss, it was first started in 2006.

Improvement After Movement is the simple 3 word message at the centre of The I AM Charity, not just physical movement, but mental and emotional movement too.

It's important to understand there is a difference between mental health and mental illness, mental health applies to everyone.

Over an 18 month period between 2005 and 2006 I developed a series of improvement principles, I bought my first home when I was 20, and looking back, these principles played a key role in being able to.

I had to sell that house to complete building this resource, just the first stage of the The I AM Charity was over $100,000, I hope you find the entire resource helpful.

The Work

The Work is a simple 4 question psychology system.

It's a great way to deal with difficult experiences, as well as day to day stress, frustration, anger and disappointment.

In 2002 my Dad had a heart attack and died, I carried his body to the ground and gave him CPR.

The Work is the most effective process I came across for dealing with that experience.

The Banting Diet

The Banting Diet, (the four meals a day diet) was the very first sustainable weight loss diet, started way back in 1862.

The Banting Diet is named after William Banting, my Great Great Great Great Grandfather, on my Dad's side of the family.

It was a great day in December 2008 when I learned more out about his work.
